The domnick hunter CDP and CDPlus carbon dioxide polishing systems are designed to protect the final beverage quality from off-flavours that could be caused by trace impurities being present in CO2 recovered from the fermentation process.
Built using a unique modular design each system consists of four polishing stages, particulate pre and post filters and a two layer adsorption bed pre-loaded into easy to service cartridges.
The adsorption materials used have been carefully selected for their ability to preferentially adsorb potential impurities, thus ensuring the optimum removal efficiency of the system during its operational life.
