Description
HIGH FLOW PREPOR GFA is a high capacity glass fibre pre-filter specifically designed for the removal of bulk particulate from compressed air and gases. It is used extensively for pre-filtration duties in dry compressed air systems and provides excellent protection for final sterile filters.
HIGH FLOW PREPOR GFA utilises glass fibre filter media encased within an upstream and downstream expanded polypropylene mesh filter support. The pleat pack is supported by an inner stainless steel core and outer heat stabilised polypropylene cage, heat bonded to heat stabilised polypropylene end caps.
The combination of high voids volume filter media and a pleated construction results in a filter cartridge with exceptional dirt holding capacity, able to operate at very low differential pressures.
